Context

Crew training is a field that contributes significantly to flight safety

This training must be able to satisfy the regulatory requirements in this field

Before the end of 2008, all airlines that are members of IATA must be IOSA certified. Updating and improvements will therefore be required in the field of the training.

Given traffic growth, the current needs of airlines as regards crew training are greater and greater.
