After a two-year associate’s degree of Private assistant, Dalila was one of the assistant of the CEO of IBM France. As she was more interested in customer relationship and customer service, she joined, Fréquence Plus in 1995, as Customer advisor at the customer relationship service.
In 1998, she took part in the creation of the “Air France American Express” service as head of this pole. She contributed to the procedures drafting and managed an advisor team aiming to increase the staff competences and to make them better acquainted with the products.
Then she was appointed responsible of the Customer relationship service at Fréquence Plus, where she managed a multilingual team in close relation with Air France.
In 2008 she joined Air France Consulting as a Private assistant to the Chairman and CEO.
