Training

Introduction to training

In the last few years, air transport has experienced rapid growth and, to ensure continuity in the best levels of safety, has been organised and structured on the basis of common standards and recommended practices, thus allowing harmonious international cooperation.

However, this activity remains economically fragile in the current climate, as shown by the recent hike in oil prices, and it is essential to apply the best industry practices to optimise results and maintain an acceptable level of profitability.

In a demanding context, training is more vital than ever. Air France Consulting offers you standard seminars or customized training courses for all professions and key areas in an airline, thus making the experience of the Air France group available to you through its experts.

We can customize our seminars so that they better fit your specific context, adapting length and/or content to suit your needs. We can also develop seminars on request on other subjects or for other aviation professions: don’t hesitate to call on us…

Pedagogical methods

Our experts all have wide experience that they are pleased to transmit during their courses. They have excellent theoretical knowledge in their fields and above all have long professional experience in the subject being taught. In fact, their professional careers have led them to put into practice on a day to day basis the principles they teach and to reach the highest industry practices. Thus, their teaching offers trainees not only the essential theoretical knowledge but also all the feedback from a great airline.

The seminars employ varied pedagogical material so as to optimise each trainee’s attention span and participation. As early as possible, they associate practical exercises with theoretical presentations so as to make the training more accessible and allow rapid and easy appropriation for each participant: contextualized presentation, case studies, individual and group work, site visits, real-life studies based on the experience of the participants, on-the-job training...

A Course Completion certificate is issued at the end of the seminar to each participant who has followed the whole course.

As an "e-examination provider", participants of the EASA Part M, Part 21, Part 145 and Part 66&147 seminars must take the EASA e-exam ; an EASA certificate is issued for those have succeeded.
