Introduction : understand the final elements of CRM instruction, the major element in flight safety

Basic principles, general instructions and objectives of HF and CRM

The aviation system: a complex system, with operational constraints

Work situation, physiological reactions:
- Nutrition
- Medicines and self-medication
- Fatigue, sleep, vigilance
- Jet lag

Stress, human performance, workload management, limits and reliability, stress management

Understanding passenger stress

Self-perception, attitudes, behaviour, self-evaluation

Understanding the situation

Acquisition and handling information: mental context, habits, memory and limits of perception

Synergy, teamwork, the Action Project

Command and leadership

Communication, origin and management of conflicts

Human error, consequences, violations

Decision-making

Feedback and the ethical charter
