The flight crew has to work as a team in the confined space of the cockpit. Important decisions – often irreversible – have to be taken under time pressure and require optimum synergy between the crew members. Safety depends on it.

Other areas needing additional attention required by the flight safety service in your airline or updating of CRM skills. The revision of programmes takes place over a period of 3 years, taking into account anonymous evaluations of crews in this area, and of information specified by the flight accident prevention programme in your airline.
This course lasts three to four days according to the number of participants.
