Human factors in flight operations
Flight Operations are the point of convergence and cooperation of totally different universes : dispatchers, station staff, cockpit crews, maintenance technicians…
A challenge : teams of different culture, motivation, origin must get together and constitute a unique team, strong and reliable till the plane departs.
A constant objective : safety and service to passengers.
Your expectations
You want to delete partitions in your airline by allowing actors from different fields to know more about « the others » and consequently to improve mutual understanding, cooperation, anticipation...
You want to strengthen cohesion between categories of staff, coherence between actions in order to be in a position to offer a seamless and reliable service to customers.
Our offer
We offer you a two-day training seminar including theory as detailed by EU OPS regulation and numerous practical examples but also encouraging exchanges between participants and with the instructor. This feedback sharing allows participants to appropriate the principles to themselves and is a key factor of success for the training session.
Such a training constitutes a unique occasion to put together in the same room staff coming from various fields and rarely communicating between themselves on non operational subjects.
Pedagogical Objectives
To be aware of the various steps of the chain of transport, from the sales of a ticket to the boarding into the aircraft.
To understand what “the others” do, what their objectives and constraints are, in order to improve the coherence and harmony of the chain of transport.
To speak a common language, understandable by all and thus to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts.
