The increasing complexity of new airplanes gives to maintenance operations an increasingly critical weight and requires a very controlled human intervention.

We offer a training respecting the syllabus specified in the "Guide of measurements implementation related to the safety concept and to the Human factors introduced into the Part 145 regulations”. Beyond the content specified in the regulation, the training is enriched by numerous practical examples and experience sharing which illustrate in a concrete way the limits of human action and the tools to take them into account.

To enable maintenance staff to better anticipate and manage the risks by adopting safer practices individually and collectively.

To acquire knowledge of human activity in maintenance and its consequences on safety.
