Safety management system (SMS)
The growth of the air transport goes with an ever increased requirements in terms of safety.
ICAO requires all the state members the implentation of a regulation aiming the set up of a Safety Management System (SMS) for all air operators from 2009 through 2012. Some States have already started to publish the corresponding regulations and some operators have begun the implementation process. Within a difficult context, this can be considered as an encumber generating a lot of administrative burden.
To have the right approach when implementing the SMS will ensure the effectiveness of the safety system at an optimum cost.

- To draw a road map to bring help for implementation ( steps of implementation)
