Logistics and maintenance
Technical english for aviation maintenance
Technical English is essential in air transport, in particular for all of the technical documentation. Mastering English is a determining element, not only for working methods, but also for safety when an APRS is to be issued for an airplane or one of its components.
Your expectations
You want to overcome resistance or the difficulties that occur when using technical documentation in maintenance operations.
You want to offer your personnel a technical English training module that is easy and well-adapted.
Our Offer
Air France Consulting has constructed a 3-day learning module directly inspired by daily usage within Air France.
Pedagogical Objectives
EASA has made provision for a test of English for all personnel in an aviation maintenance centre that issues an APRS. The maintenance centre is in fact obliged to demonstrate that its personnel understands, reads and writes English.
This course will enable participants to familiarize themselves with productive reading methods and techniques for technical English.
In addition, it will allow them to develop a self-learning method in English by improving their techniques in an autonomous and pragmatic way at their work stations.
